Total Scam. The app hasn't ever worked and when I try to login, even though I have been charged TWICE (nearly $120.00), I keep getting a message that I need to pay more to use the APP (I subscribed initially at the highest annual level). The corporation is in Lithuania. Buyer BEWARE!!! Impossible to reach someone to dispute the newest charge. Don't be tempted on Instagram...very sketchy.
This is a complete scam. I signed up for the walking yoga app for three months. The app would not download on my cell phone, so I wrote them. They contacted me after three days and told me, "Too bad, we are keeping all your money." There is a BAD glitch in their product app. They would not even have an IT person contact me and tell me how to fix it. The app just says, my iPhone is out dated. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! I am a retired senior on social security and they just stole from me.
I tried this out as a trial period. It was not for me. You would be better off not spending your money and just get up and walk around yourself. Customer service is no help is no help. I thought I canceled it and then I see a months payment is pending. reached out to customer service they canceled it, but they would not refill my money. I didn’t even use the program for four days and found out it was not for me but yet they don’t want to refund my money. this program is not worth your money. Don’t even use it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I GOT CHARGED AFTER THE FREE TRIAL THOUGH THE SUBSCRIPTION DID N-O SHOW ON ANY OF MY APPLE ID, CARD OR E-MAIL. I EMAILED THEM AFTER BEING CHARGED TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND BEEN SLAPPED WITH A COPY AND PASTE FROM THEIR NONREFUND POLICY FROM JESSICA BAILEY, SENIOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST 😂😂😂NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I FILED FOR A DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGE AS THEY HAVE PROVIDED NO INVOICE OR NOTICE OF UPCOMING CHARGE AND WILL FIGHT THEM TOOTH AND NAIL FOR THE £42 RHEY CHARGED ME. OH, AND THE APP IS SHIT, DID NOT EVEN DO A DAY FROM THE FREE TRIAL.
This company scammed me out of £24.47 I found them online ad which offered 1 week trial for £5 so I thought I would try it . Then I had to go into hospital so I couldn’t use it I had found the way to cancel as the Dr said not to use it. Was horrified when they took £24.47 out of my account and into unauthorised overdraught. I tried to communicate but met with a brick wall. So I tried through PayPal . They fabricated up evidence showing I had used their service beyond 7 days service which I had not. These are scammers who don’t care who they rip off the stress they caused me made me have a cardiac episode. Please if you are reading this don’t let them steal from you don’t be scammed by them. They really don’t care
Same experience as Paul Mulley—this feels like a scam. Avoid purchasing, even for a month. I only intended to make a one-time payment, assuming it was a straightforward transaction, but it turned out to be a subscription. On top of that, I barely used the app for more than three days because it keeps freezing every few minutes, requiring constant manual intervention to resume. Plus, the screen must remain unlocked to receive instructions. I reached out to their support via email, but I haven't received any response.
This company has scammed us out of £24 my wife joined on a one month plan for £11.99. The click through offers you a 7 day 1 month or three month plan. It then continued to take Money. The subscription has now been cancelled or at least we have written to customer support to get this cancelled, The terms and conditions box is pre ticked and users therefore have no opportunity to read terms and conditions prior to commitment as the box does not come up with the terms and conditions. This company will be reported to Which and also other consumer organisations. Having reviewed the legal options available we are going to request a chargeback from the credit card company as the walking yoga company has broken uk consumer law Consumer contracts (information ,cancellation and additional charges) act 2013. This info ill be useful to theirs who wish to take action
Like many others, I see that I have also been fooled. I bought a one-time promotion for 1 month. Now I see that an amount of €28.55 has been debiet from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. This is too crazy for words. A promotion of 1 month is offered, you pay for it. Then they lure you with a subscription, which you have not agreed to. And that they debit the amount from your credit card without permission????. Very illegal company, certainly theft this. After e mailing, they say I have cancelled your subscription and we cannot refund the €28.55. I have never taken out a subscription. I have never given you permission to debit the amount from my credit card. People, beware of scammers app, they steal money from you. Without you giving permission. Report this to the reporting point so that something can be done. Because there are several people to whom they do this. This needs to be addressed and they need to be prosecuted. They are thieves and steal money from your credit card without you having signed, very illegal app. Do not fall for buying an action, do not buy anything at all from this company, scammers, scammers and money crooks.
