I had a problem with a strap that was out of warranty, it has been replaced with a new strap as a goodwill gesture, I cannot stress how well this has been dealt with and how speedy the response has been.Highly recommended, I've had a couple of Solid Stainless Steel Bracelets in the past and they were superb
February 2025: The classic Panda watch (square dial) looks appealing in the images but is disappointing in reality. The watch doesn't feel premium and is definitely not worth the price. The strap feels cheap.I returned it and later received email from customer service that it needs to be authorised by them first. I gave them the reason and they initiated the refund which also took more time than usual.Overall I wouldn't recommend the brand and the service.
Happiness is ... when you get a beautiful leather watch strap for one of your favourite watches. In this case an Alpina Seastrong it now looks even nicer! The strap is made of Italian leather with a little stitching strong and made to last. Email communication regards my questions was prompt and polite. Website is easy to navigate stock well illustrated. Delivery was speedy with several updates along the way. Really delighted with my purchase. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great service. Paul F. Bought a genuine leather strap. Strap is thicker than 4.5 mm lug to the end. ( thicker than any conventional boot skin you find) very stiff.. it is not a practical product at all to be a watch strap. You can’t even bend it to put through the keepers (loops) of the strap without destroying it. Because its thickness even if you manage to put on your wrist with a effort, watch stands on air not on the wrist.., I have a collection of watches and many OEM and after market straps from reputable manufacturers. For £68/- this straps are a joke. It may have designed to put it on a watch and kept in a display box. Not for practical use. When I contacted them, and ask whether is it something to do with the copy I received, but they just said this is their best strap and better for me to return it if I don’t like. (Which they don’t have to remind me). I never do this but as I love wristwatches and watch accessories, did a video of this product and will upload it soon on You-Tube. Because for an enthusiast this product is not what it should be and the real item, functionality/ value, quality doesn’t signify the positive reveiw you see online. It’s quiet misleading. Pls read few of the negative reviews and you will see the exact problem what I said here.
UPDATE: gave the strap another chance (actually ordered a second). The leather quality keeps this strap in the running for me!Decent shopping experience and a decent strap. The hardware on the strap is shiny and cheap looking and the logo is tacky, not my favorite. Probably wont use the strap, unfortunately.
Updated today after WatchGecko attempted to have my review removed for supposedly containing 'defamatory content'. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, it seems they’ve chosen to silence criticism instead. This is a disappointing and underhanded approach, WatchGecko. My review has now been updated to 1 star. Perhaps instead of trying to hide negative feedback, you could respond with an apology or at least offer an explanation for the poor experience I had with your products and service. The decision from Trustpilot: Good news — we’ve assessed the content flagged by the business, and determined that it’s not defamatory. Therefore, we’ve put your review back online."I purchased two leather straps totalling over £120. I returned one immediately because the finish wasn't what I was expecting. The second I retuned a few days later, because it started to delaminate. Both straps were received by WatchGecko over a week ago, but I still have not received a refund. It should not take this long to process a refund for defective goods."
