Amazing customer service!I ordered my straps on watch gecko but they got lost in the mail so the watch gecko team was kind enough to send me a new set of straps. Incredible!Also love the new straps, very good looking and superb quality.

Quality watch strap

Fair price, good quality, quick delivery. Needed a rubber strap for my longines hydroconquest as an alternative to the stainless steel one it came with. Excellent fit and looks great.

Props on sorting out duties on imports to EU

Bought two straps so far, very happy with both. In my case the shipping process has greatly improved as I live in Italy and for the first strap I paid 1/3 of the price on duties and it spent 3 weeks sitting in duties and imports, this apparently has been sorted out and the second arrived in 10 days and no duties so props to WatchGecko on that. Got my eye on those beautiful new canvas straps they have.
