The service you get from Watchgecko is second to none. I purchased a new strap from them back in August which was delivered in quick time. It was a good affordable price and of excellent quality. The in December with no fault of Watchgecko the strap broke. I contacted the company and without quibble the sent a replacement strap.I have no hesitation in recommending Watchgecko to anyone
I bought two straps from them. Each of them had a theorical price of 50 Euros but were discounted. The transaction run smoothly but the two straps are pure crap. Due to my watches rotation one of them has been worn 10 days at most and layers already separate. It is floppy, and one drop of water was enough to create a stain on the leather. The other strap is low grade painted and varnished leather and looks more like plastic than leather. It's Chinese quality at almost European price.
Disappointing. 21mm strap was too wide for my 21mm lug watch. The edge paint came off immediately and it looks cheap. Emailed customer support twice for assistance with no response. Delugs straps are better quality with much better customer service.
This was my second purchase from WatchGecko. My first was a Tropic strap, which was of fantastic quality, and this time I opted for a leather strap. Although I encountered an issue with the delivery—through no fault of theirs—WatchGecko’s customer support handled it flawlessly. They resolved the problem immediately. I highly recommend them, 100% satisfied!
Cant believe I received these watch bands so quickly, delivered to Australia in less than 10 days.The Zuludiver Maverick Sailcloth strap is just what I wanted, has already spent over 8 hrs in the ocean and has performed fantastic, sit nicely on the wrist , dries quickly and causes no iratation at all. Love it
