Bad experience, all clothing was way too small. They're large is considered a small in the western world,order XXL and their return policy doesn't exist! The $160 I spent is my lost and will not trust anything else that comes out of China.Don't waste your money
Absolutely crap items never arrived started a dispute at pay pal .they keep saying they sent it with Hermes but nobody seem to know what's happening to them Wayrate are scammers and face book should no not to advertise there products .Crap crap crap
I ordered two jackets from Wayrates for my partner. Waited 1 month for the items to arrive, when they did only 1 jacket was there. I have contacted the company to ask for refund for jacket that did not arrive as I am unprepared to wait another month. The jacket that did arrive does not look anything like the picture and is of very poor cheap material. Absolutely appalled by this company. Would not have ordered anything if I knew what I know now. Beware of Wayrates and do not order anything.
I ordered a shirt from Wayrates on line. I waited a month before it was delivered. The shirt was not the size I ordered. The cost to return mail it to China is way too expensive. Tried to reach company by telephone five times, you are put on hold with music indefinetly. There is no way to contact them after purchase. This is a very sleezy way of operating. Do not buy any items from this company, based in China, wasting your money.
total scam company, ordered what looked like a great jacket in november 2021, when it arrived it was of very poor quality, complained and returned the order, waited waited waited and still waiting for a refund, just keep getting replies from people with ridiculous sounding names, total scam do not buy anything from this company.
Ordered 4 items in November 21 as Xmas presents, there were supply issues from the off, but these things happen. Got 3 of the items Dec 28th, the final item was delayed. Told out of stock and do I want refund 20th Jan. Nothing no refund, email every week to be told the finance department has my refund, kept chasing, then told on the 10th it has been successfully refunded, IT HADN't, keep chasing, they now say check bank/Paypal, Bank/Paypal says no, Wayrates say yes,bank/Paypal says no etc etc This is such a shame as the items were good, and communications originally was really good, now I am just in a never ending loop.
This is a site I would like to purchase from as the clothing looks good but when you add on the shipping costs it makes the purchase price totally unacceptable. Wayrates you are having the customers pants down, drop your shipping charges and sell twice as much
