Ordered a T-Shirt via the Wayrates website. Having waited over 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Found that they had despatched the wrong T-Shirt. When contacting them for a refund. Received an email stating they will only issue the refund, once I return the T-Shirt, back to them. Instead of arranging for a free returns slip, as it was an error on their side. Wayrates expected me to pay for the full Delivery charge from UK to US. The delivery charge would have been close to the value of the actual T-Shirt. Wouldn't recommend shopping online with this company. I certainly won't be placing any future orders.
I recently received a pair of boots, a pair of jeans and a T-shirt from this company. It is all garbage, not worthy of a flea market. Boot size was way off too. If you buy something from there, after reading this review, you have no one to blame but yourself for the garbage that you are about to unveil underneath the nicely packaged plastic.
The quality of clothing is shocking mostly polyester, the customer service will only offer partial refunds in the form of a voucher to buy more of their rubbish clothes and will not furnish you with a returns address to obtain a full refund then its silence from them. My advice avoid them like the plague
Had a good experience overall, contrary to some of the reviews I came across after placing my order which I didn't get a receipt for and also got slammed with delivery fees which rang alarm bells! But I decided to have faith and contacted customer services who replied within a day and have been visible and responsive ever since, also providing updates. Yes the tracking numbers seemed bogus too as they don't seem to work, however, after a few weeks I've got a lovely parcel of X 3 retro shorts, the colours are as I imagined and 100% cotton, packaged with care and are a true UK medium fit and not Chinese as suggested by some reviewers? I'd order again for sure. :)
Wow! Worst clothes ever! I didn't even know you could make clothes so bad! Bought 8 items and every one of them is going back. Quality is worse than the fakes you see on the illegal markets in foreign countries. Seriously! The website is deceiving as the items look good. Don't buy!
Well here we are another shoddy deal by Wayrates.They sent one item too small and want ME to pay to return it! One item missing. Total cost 42.78 and they tell me dispose of the wrong size item and we will refund you £18.26! WHAT??? DON`T EVER ORDER FROM THEM. YOU ARE WARNED-DON`T BE A FOOL.CON MEN!
