Long delay then told untruth saying had been unable to deliver. Service appalling - almost impossible to contact, despite claims unable to track delivery, then saying tried to deliver (not true) and demanding a charge for myself to arrange to go and collect!Cannot be trust and will never buy there again
I purchased 4 items from Wayrates, Took over 10 weeks before I received anything, and then it was only one item. The product didn't look like the advertised image. 3 of the 4 items never arrived, Emailed Wayrates who lied that they had been delivered. Of course, they hadn't and they never will be. I was ripped off by Wayrates. (£65 stolen) Take my advice, stay well away from this lying and cheating company.I'd have given no stars if I could.Worse Online clothing company ever!
I purchased what was supposed to be a retro washed warm jacket for $97. What I received was a flimsy blue shirt; nothing like the product pictured on their website. Now I'm finding out that to return this $97 product that I did not order is going to cost me over $200 at UPS, $190 at FedEx or $29 at USPS. Beware! I will never purchase anything again from this Wayrates company based in China. Their customer service was nil.
Absolutely diabolical waste of money. Disgusting ripping people off. Spent £80 for a few rags which look like nothing I ordered. Poor quality and made by 5 year olds. Please please don’t order from these crooks. Don’t even deserve 1 star but it won’t let me give none.
Paid through PayPal 11 days ago. No confirmation email from seller. PayPal contact email address does not work. The banner ad I clicked on was on a reputable newspaper's website (which I have since learned means nothing). This is a Chinese scam mill that PayPal is making too much money out of to bother doing anything about. Avoid like the plague.
I have ordered two shirts from Wayrates, neither one of which I would ever wear in public. The quality is the lowest that I have ever seen. They look pretty good on their website, but the actual product is crap. If you want a cheap shirt that you can actually wear and actually wash, go to Marshall's or one of those types of stores. I warned you!
Hi to all potential buyers, this fake company is popping up with different names so often that I lost the count in order to steal your money and PayPal's money. Items advertised is not what you think they are, sizes, quality and more all are rubbish. This company base in China, but they are using POST BOX as USA business address, UK and some more European countries for their dirty business tricks. Never ever spent a penny for this conman. Stear away, and save your money.
yep they got me aswell spent £100 on some bits I wanted for Airsoft shooting on 18th of jan I'm still waiting on the 6th march. just come across this review page and relized I've been done thanks wayrates thanks a lot. and the funniest thing is they email me everyday about new deals and they've not even sent the first stuff lol
