The whole business is set up to use loopholes in the usual online protection. They will send you something so the credit card companies cannot take your payment away from them. And their T&C's mean you will never get your money back even it you try and return the goods. Even if you are lucky and get your money back from your bank. Wayrates still keep your money making it a good business for them. Please do not support them
All the reviews that have 4 or 5 stars are fake most likely from people that have to do with this Chinese companies that post this incredible looking clothing at what u think is a great price( I wish there were legit stores with this great choices and prices) but u should know that most of this online stores will give u much, much less than what u paid for. Quality is non- existent and the sizes usually would only fit 6 to 10 yr old children. So save your time and money and dream, I found out that the only place where u can find quality clothing at way discounted prices r at thrif stores.
True scammers. Do not try to send your items back to China they give me a fake address with a fake zip code the code and want you to send them a tracking number so your item is lost in the mail and you have no way of proving that you've sent your item to the proper address. The phone number they give is also fake as verified by T-Mobile. So keep the item and use it as proof of bait and switch when contacting the federal trade commission. I hope this helps. Ordered a jacket on the website, great looking jacket on the photo, the jacket came ,before I opened the package I knew by the size and weight it was going to look nothing like the one on the web site and I was right . Emailed their customer service send it back and we will refund you, the jacket was £52 +£18 shipping ,to return an other £18 so in real terms ,so in real terms u end up with £16 and no jacket.It is mis selling and false depiction of the goods you are buying ,a scam . They advertise as Wayrates UK ,that's another fabrication , just another Chinese cheap goods , advertised as well made company .Stay away from them.
Just checking in on wayrates again as im still waiting 2 months later to have any contact with wayrates because basically they are uncontactable. The FAKE reviews still keep coming. The incorrect sizing of wayrates clothing is unbelievable. If you want to buy from this company just be prepared for disappointment and no way of returning goods.Goodluck but dont bother
I had to return $274 worth offense clothing because everything was too short in sleeves and tails. I ordered XL and it was like L. It costs over $130 for USPS return shipping, and 22 days after return, I have still not received my money back from Wayrates. I will not buy from them again.
Do NOT buy from this company. The photos they show are nothing like the terrible quality of the product. I had mixed feelings before ordering but I believed the positive reviews.. BIG MISTAKE. They are fake reviews. I returned goods at MY EXPENSE and have been continually told they will refund when they receive the return.. I sent it recorded delivery but that is USELESS once it gets to China, you cannot keep track of it and they just keep saying it hasn't arrived yet... MONTHS after I posted it. I have lost close on £100 due to these disgusting traders.Please do NOT BELIEVE POSITIVE COMMENTS.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The company exists but deals in the cheapest, crappiest goods imaginable. You will not get a refund.
