Review Time
Had my boiler serviced, which was running perfectly prior to service. The next day it stopped working and had to call them back out. Was told a different part had failed so had to have it replaced. I said it was a bit of a coincidence it happened the day after the service and was told it’s just one of those things. So another large bill was paid! The next week the boiler stopped working again and wasn’t charged for the call out but only after a big battle and assistance from Dan, who was great. Told I needed another different part, which they never got in, even after me calling to check & them confirming they would chase the order. So no boiler working for 2 weeks. Got a different company to replace boiler as totally lost confidence in western fuels customer service & work. Wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing Company to deal with, easy to place an order on the website, great communications to tell me firstly the date they are arriving, then confirmation they have delivered, drivers are excellent, no fuss, nothing is too much trouble, this is my 3rd order in a village just outside Bridgwater, will never use anyone else, completely hassle free from start to finish. Highly recommend - Well done Western Fuel Bridgwater.
I organised a new tank to be fitted be western Fuels, they quoted, I accepted and paid a £1000 deposit on the same day, they came two weeks later and the minute the fitter left I sent over the remaining £1600, 5-6 days later I get a blank email apart from in big bold red letters to pay the remainder even though I had sent it several days earlier, no name on the email, no niceties, just red bold letters to pay! I emailed back as soon as I received the email and simply said that I had already paid and that I did not appreciate the very quick unnecessary email for a reminder to do something I had already done and again several days later, I've received nothing back, no apology, no gratitude for paying so quickly! The fitter did a great job, but customer services needs a lot of work before I would consider recommending this company to anyone else!
Having found it difficult to find a company/engineer who was willing to service my Rayburn.I recently had mine serviced by Mark O assisted by Harry from Western Fuel. They were amazing, very thorough, particular and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend to use this company to service your Rayburn/Aga. Lots of other local companies no longer want to service these appliances so it was very reassuring to find a company and engineers who are passionate and enthusiastic about their business and the service they provide.Excellent .. highly recommend

Harry, who came to service my boiler was polite and efficient. I was kept informed during his visit as to what he was doing the parts he had fitted and why he had fitted them. Advice on safety issues and regulation.All in all a very good experience of a trades man carrying out an annual visit.
