Westminster Collections

Westminster CollectionsVery disappointing company, in my experience. I took the offer of a free Battle of Britain button badge for just the postage of £1.99. They needed my card details for the cost of this offer which I unsuspectingly did in good faith.Received the package and all was well. Some weeks later a parcel was delivered to my home. I had not ordered anything that week, and was surprised and shocked to find a boat load of button badges, a black collector’s box and other stuff (not now remembered)?Long story short I checked my card account and sure enough £22.98 had been taken without my permission. I contacted them via their website, deleted all my personal data as far as I could and packed the parcel ready for return. The website has a returns label at no cost to the returnee. I printed this and taped up the package after placing the returns slip (cut from the invoice slip at the bottom) into the parcel.I then drove to my local Post Office and posted it, and received an evidence slip for safe keeping, and then returned home.If you’ve gone to sleep by now? I am not surprised, but this whole bundle of bull dust crap cost me time and money; even though the return was free. The stress it induced was not funny for me, nor my wife who has a heart condition, that can easily be catastrophic for her if stressed. So be aware of your right (Cat 75 card Protection) be very suspicious of strangers baring gifts and asking for your card details.Just stay away from Westminster Collections, and any organisations such as these, because they are the low life’s who take advantage of proud people who cared enough to put their life on hold or on-the-line for their country.Westminster Collections CEO (info from Google?) shame on you.The CEO of the company The Westminster Collection Limited is currently listed as Stephen Richard Allen, who was appointed in 2006. However, the company is listed as dormant, and the information may be outdated. In 2010, the CEO of the separate marketing consortium, The Westminster Collection (TWC), was René Dee, who retired in 2012. Stephen Richard Allen: Is a director and company secretary for The Westminster Collection Limited, which is currently dormant. René Dee: Was the CEO of the venue marketing consortium, The Westminster Collection (TWC), but he retired in March 2012. Peter Daniel Owen: Is also a director and company secretary for The Westminster Collection Limited.

They stole my money

Today £36 was taken out of my account. I was not even informed that I signed up to a subscription last month when I bought a coin for my son. The sent me an invoice and there was no information about the subscription at all. This site is misleading. The coin is not part of any collection and therefore it’s a way to take money off people if they don’t find out they laughing. Stop this fraud, if someone signs up for a subscription is should he made clear via email or post. Why just take money from someone’s account. The names Westminster is a coverup to mislead people. I tried to remove my card details but I cannot because of the subscription which is ridiculous. I cannot cancel the subscription either.

Disgusting company

I recently saw an advert for 99p coin on Facebook, thought it was a good offer so I purchased online.Week or so later a coin arrived.Later I received 2 letters, one demanding £22 and another with "court action" threat on the OUTSIDE of the envelope. Which was posted in a communal post area.I had no knowledge I was signing up for anything and looking online, it appears many others have fallen victim to the same scam.I will now be looking at legal action against them. Shady practice and bully boy tactics to chase debt I never signed up to take on Absolutely despicable business.Avoid like the plague UPDATE - THEY FLAGGED THE REVIEW FOR TRUST PILOT TO TAKE DOWN, TRUST PILOT SIDED WITH ME

I reported damage to one of the display cases that i had received and the gentleman i spoke to agreed to send me a new display case without any argument. And i also placed a new order without having to be transferred to another department. Thank you

misleading subscription

I bought a coin online with the idea that I got a bargain after a month, I notice I’ve been charged for a subscription that I wasn’t aware I sent it from the beginning so people should be careful for this misleading scam
