Took nearly £30 out of my account as they unknowingly signed up for some kind of subscription when I got the free VE day coin. Emailed them and contacted my bank. I will be getting my money back

They sign you up to a monthly subscription of nearly £30 without notifying you! I only found out after the money was taken and a crappy folder thing turned up at my door!

CAREFUL Hidden Subscriptions

Ordered some coins a month ago for a couple quid they came I was quite happy with them...And then I was charged with a with a payment at the start of this month for £28.99, I never signed up to a subscription or could see anything that I had signed up for it. I have emailed them about it but it will take till Monday to get a response, and honestly quite annoyed about it not been show / shown clear enough to be seen.This comes under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, as it is Unfair to put a subscription in buying something that isn't clearly shown to the buyer.

I ordered one thing for £1.99 then next thing they are taking £28.99 out of my bank without ordering anything.Answering Westminster collection. I have already been in touch and returned the items that came through my door the next day and CANCELLED a subscription you said I made. Also put a block on my bank stopping you for taking any more unauthorised monies
