I ordered one thing for £1.99 then next thing they are taking £28.99 out of my bank without ordering anything.Answering Westminster collection. I have already been in touch and returned the items that came through my door the next day and CANCELLED a subscription you said I made. Also put a block on my bank stopping you for taking any more unauthorised monies
I ordered the free VE day badge on behalf of a veteran and also the coin for £1 i paid on my card for delivery then removed my card from the acca couple months later £28.99 came out of my acc for a collection i never signed up to.i emailed them and removed permission from my card which should not have been on the acc, logged in next day and my card was there again with permission for them to use it.
Honestly DO NOT do anything with this company, complete scam, they offer badges for low prices and then start taking £28.99 a month out of your bank account, even though I cancelled the so called subscription, they still are taking the money from my account. THE ANSWER IS JUST Don’t DO IT IN THE 1st place. I am going to report them.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM, YOUR SUBSCRIBED INTO A POSITION AND YOU WILL BE SENT THE SAME ITEM AGAIN AND BE CHARGED THE SAME PRICE AGAIN, DISGUSTING SERVICE, ALSO A COIN WAS ADVERTISED AS PROOF, BUT IT WAS IN UNCIRCULATED CONDITION, WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, ALSO, I CANNOT GET TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT, YOUR ALWAYS BUSY, I CANT GET THROUGH TO YOU.
