Absolutely awful company, ordered the VE day pin badge and when about to purchase was offered the spitfire coin for p&p. Now over a month later it appears I'd signed up for a subscription?? (Funny how this is happening to a massive amount of people.) I had actually checked my account prior to this and it said no subscriptions associated, when I checked again after being billed £28.99 it suddenly said History of the RAF collection subscription? Hhhmmm. To add insult to injury I was told the spitfire coin was delayed, then because it'd not arrived requested a replacement, still not arrived. All they said was basically I need to investigate the matter with royal mail, isn't that what the seller is supposed to do, certainly in the majority of cases it is. However they just seem to want to wash their hands of it while sneakily billing you for a subscription you never signed up for.
I opened an account t and tried to order. I never realised only one account can be made per address. I ordered an item which was denied because of this, however I was granted a guest account for a one off order. I received the explanation and receipt. I am happy with the response and actions from this aite and to the person I spoke to
