It's quite simple, like so many other clients,I only wanted to buy one coin but found myself contracted in.Its clearly not obvious what you are signing up for and it feels deceitful. In fairness I rang them expecting more bad behavior and them playing hardball with me but the opposite was true,a charming chap sorted it out there and then, cancelled everything and showed me how to get a refund.
Sent me a product I never wanted then charged my card after they’d sent it. Took months to resolve whilst threatened with legal action even though every attempt I made to contact them was ignored. Feels like a con, I see many people have had the same experience as I did so this isn’t a one off. They know exactly what they’re doing.
They need to stop right now. The laws are clear. You don't mislead people into subscriptions. It's 2025 and here we are. I did a chargeback because I just can't be bothered to get into a thing with their customer service. I didn't subscribe. I don't have an email saying I subscribed. The only confirmation email is from the order I placed which is clearly not a subscription. If someone is reading this and fancies a civil case to stop this, then they're welcome to my order details. We need to stop companies doing this.
