I spoke with Steven today and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He was outstanding from start to finish — incredibly friendly, professional, and used clear, strong English throughout our call. He even wished me a Merry Christmas, which was such a thoughtful touch.At this time of year, so many companies are rushed off their feet and sometimes forget that customers are too — but not Beer52. That little bit of kindness and patience goes a long way, and Steven absolutely delivered.You clearly have very well-trained staff, and Steven is a real credit to your team. Cannot understand how this company has good reviews, got a “free bottle” from some promo deal and now locked into a subscription I can only cancel by calling them between 9-5 Monday to Friday. Never even got last months order but still paid £35 for it unwillingly. If a company has to use shady tactics to lock customers into a subscription then even if I wanted the product I would think twice about giving them my money.
Got sucked into this by believing getting a reward from wickes.. now sucked into a subscription which I didn’t want and being bombarded by emails.If you are going to use these unethical tactics to suck people in then at least tell people it’s a subscription BEFORE you take money.Update. Monday 24th, spoke to Meryl who assures me that the subscription is cancelled and I will not be billed monthly.Email confirmation to be sent within 24hrs.Timed at 10:38 uk time
