Absolute scammers. Through my Three Plus phone provider app,, I signed up for a free sample that only required postage payment. I carefully declined their subscription option. I have now been charged £35 and apparently send a bottle of whiskey. After several calls, I got through to someone at Whiskey52 who says they have cancelled the subscription. When I complained about why the had falsely subscribed me, I was told I must have opted in. I advised I would want to return the whiskey and be issued a refund. Her response was that I would need to pay to return the item and there was no guarantee that I would be refunded. I am now going to contact my bank to raise I complaint. Don’t be dubbed by this scam! On the reply…..so a scam then!
Great company, off the rocks gift. 🥃Great offer for whisky club. I don’t drink alcohol anymore but cool as hell to be in a whisky club. I’d deffo be asking what clubs people are in if I was the head honcho of a job interview. If I found out they were in a whisky club they’re hired (said like Deborah meadow mixed with lord sugar).A lovely gift my usual unorganized self has organized this year for my sisters partner who is an avid whiskey drinker.Easy to use website with lots of informative tit bits of the spice of the company.To end the review with an abundance of fresh air im bringing attention to the warm, respectful and helpful atmosphere created by customer service. Paul was excellent on customer service. I called to cancel my whiskey subscription but he gave me the option for a discount next month which I accepted (or I could have canceled then and there). He was very friendly and sent an email to follow up with confirmation of the discount. Much appreciated!
