I got the WARHP-125 for a Ball Python moving into an Animal Plastics T10 enclosure and it is perfect! It holds the temp solid with a great gradient. It is compact and exudes quality. First impressions are incredible. I will buy these panels for every enclosure moving forward. For those that like detail: I put it in an AP T10 48”x24”x15” enclosure controlled with a VE-300X2 thermostat on proportional. Ambient room temp averages around 69-70 and sometimes lower. The room dropped to low 60s this week during a cold front and this RHP held the set warm side temp unwaveringly. Cool side only dropped a degree or two. I can’t say the same for my VE 40w RHP which struggles in another much smaller PVC enclosure. This Wilbanks panel works soo much better, is smaller, and disappears in the enclosure. It’s well worth a few extra bucks over the VE in my opinion. I mounted the Wilbanks RHP in a back corner 2 inches from the back and side. Seems like perfect placement for this enclosure and RHP. I’m not using any under tank heat tape/mat. I like to keep the house cool and this is a great setup to create a hot spot and also raise ambient temps in the enclosure. I’m so excited to get more of these RHPs!

The ease of ordering was great and the animal arrived beautiful and healthy. However the animal is not the exact one I ordered which was lighter in color. The one I recieved is the same sex and has the sake genetics but was a different number and darker than the one I processed the order for. I was able to verify this through matching markings with the photos on your website. Not a huge deal but it is something to be aware of. In the future if I wish to order a specific animal I will call ahead or directly afterwards to ensure that particular animal is shipped. I did notice after the fact that the animal pictured in the "shop" updates was the one you shipped, but not the one I selected.
