I love wilbanks!

The animals always arrive in safe conditions from Wilbanks - FedEx can be a little rough with the snake deliveries though. A few times I’ve seen them being mishandled in delivery - one driver kicked the box and the other holds it upside down and side ways. No fault of wilbanks though!

Great people at this company!

When I tried to order right away it was glitching and said they were sold out. Made me very anxious. Everything else was wonderful. When I purchased the snake from quick view, it didn't let me pick a ship date at check out. Snake came after the 12 pm delivery time. Snake hasn't been willing to eat yet and it's been over a week
