Wonderful company!

Our new Pied girl came healthy and as sweet as can be. Wilbanks had excellent communication and genuinely care about both their customer and snakes. We are already planning to get our second from them. Just waiting on the right morph to hatch!

Great Customer Service

I did a lot of research on my cell phone during the weeks leading up to Christmas with little success finding a breeder close to me or one that would live ship with excellent reviews. During my last day of work I happened to run a search while using my school desktop and Wilbanks popped up for the first time. After reading multiple positive reviews, I spontaneously placed an order for a beautiful Pastel Butter Ball Python for my daughters. I knew I would not be able to get him prior to Christmas Day, so I requested the 27th as my desired day. Willis from Wilbanks contacted me on the 26th to let me know that FedEx was actually closed for the holiday, so the 27th couldn’t happen. We also communicated the fact that Oklahoma City and NJ were both experiencing severe cold weather, so we worked out a desired shipping date that would be safest for the animal. We received a beautiful healthy snake on the 29th. Their willingness to answer customers questions before and after purchase and their care for the safety of their animals makes Wilbanks second to none.
