Exceptional Breeder A+

I currently own 5 Wilbanks ball python. Prior to going with this breeder I did a huge amount of research on various breeders both in Canada (where I live) as well as in the USA. One would think I would have bought local or at least within my own country. After my research I knew Wilbanks was my best bet. Amazing selection. Great reviews. Positive word of mouth. A lengthy history of being a reputable breeder. And really nice staff both speaking to them on the phone and via email. Never regret making Wilbanks Captive Bred Reptiles my go-to choice of breeders. A+ and a completely class act operation.

Snake Died

Purchased first ball python from Wilbanks. Spent $400+ for snake and habitat. Realized after few days, snake had respiratory problem. Tried reaching out, no response from Wilbanks. Snake died after 9 days. Took 2 weeks for Wilbanks to respond, they only refunded $125 for snake but would not take back or refund anything else.
