Wowcher are selling an illegal product. I asked Spotify if this product was legal here is their response:"...this offer doesn't look like it meets our official terms. Premium is really only supposed to be bought directly from us or authorized partners, and resale by third-party vendors usually isn't allowed."Can you process my refund please.
Purchased some software (seemed a price too good to be true)The Merchant failed to honour the voucher.I contacted Wowcher via WhatsApp and they responded immediately.They contacted the merchant on my behalf.When the Merchant failed to respond, I was offered a full refund.Wowcher made me feel really valued and they dealt with my problem in a very friendly, efficient and timely manner.Although I couldn't get the software, it was not Wowcher's fault. They did everything they could to help me.I'll happily use them again in the futureWell Done and Thank You
I ordered 3 Advent calendars. They have never been dispatched. I have contacted the seller twice by email and had no response. I have emailed Wowcher in the hope that they can help resolve the issue. After contacting Wowcher the status bars in my Account and on my orders changed. Luckily I took photos of the page before it was changed. I was warned by friends not to use Wowcher and think they were right. I will not use this company again. This company is unreliable at best and a con at worst. Listen to your friends.
I purchased 2 items in 1 transaction. I didn't realise I had to redeem a voucher afterwards, this was complicated. I then had to pay 2 separate delivery fees of £20 each even tho I made 1 transaction. I them received a different item to what was purchased although by the same brand. But still it wasnt what was advertised! I'd not use this site again, unreliable!
Have used wowcher previously on smaller purchases no problem, however, purchased a 2 night get away, redeemed the code and contacted the travel company who are supposed to reply within 24hrs, 36+hrs later I’d received no response but became aware of an important obligation that would fall within the travel dates. Emailed the travel company to advise need to cancel due to this also contacted wowcher via WhatsApp as they direct, they stated will respond in 24hrs. In the meantime spoke with travel company who advised it’s no problem, contract not entered into until the holiday is booked even though code redeemed and that wowcher would have to refund as they only get the money once the holiday is booked, they also advised wowcher would try just sending me back to them as code redeemed but it would lie with wowcher as no contract as no holiday booked. 4 days later wowcher responded stating as the travel company had predicted, I responded with what I was told, as written above, requesting a refund, that was 4 days ago and nothing since. Still waiting on the refund, had to get in touch with credit card company. Really really poor service, I won’t be using again. Please take heed if thinking of booking a short break with this platform.
I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner. When it didn't arrive and I checked they don't deliver to N. Ireland. I contacted them and they offered me a gift voucher when I pointed out that wouldn't work as they don't deliver to N.Ireland and ask for a refund they eventually agreed. As of now I haven't got my money back and they have taken more money from my account today. I did sign up to their website but stupidly thought they wouldn't take money for a service they can't provide. Trying to contact them has been a nightmare at one stage the bot offered to let me communicate with a technical service at a cost. Avoid these scammers and and save yourself the hassle. I don't have any details of my order anymore as I deleted everything I got off them. I am scared they will keep taking my money and have unsubscribed from everything I received from them.
I had a problem being a pensioner I didn’t activate my voucher so therefore my order wasn’t delivered but Wowcher sorted it all out for me thankfully my order is going to be delivered Quite exceptional the effort they put in to help me.
