Placed an order with Wowcher 6th November (50547002) and redeemed the voucher for a A 24-Day Christmas Floral Bouquet Building Block Advent Calendar from ZonkeShop. No tracking details through the Wowcher site, just said redeemed. Only way to contact Wowcher is through What's app. They advised to contact company and wait 72 hours! 72 hours later nothing. Contacted Wowcher again and was told by assistant that an Agent would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing. Now now tracking information on Wowcher site at all. Contacted ZonkeShop to cancel as it has not been delivered. Still nothing. Contacted Wowcher through What's App to ask what is going on. Nothing. £30.99 may not be a lot, but as the order has not been delivered, I want it back.
Awful service.Asked for a full refund not Wowcher credit as pillows bought look nothing like advertised. After 2 weeks of batting Instagram messages back and forth asking to verify if I will get money refunded to my bank account and being continuously told it’ll be a Wowcher credit I’m kind of losing the will to live. If goods are not as described, or nothing like photo on website, then I thought it was UK law to be given a refund to original source of payment, I don’t want a Wowcher credit to end up purchasing more tatt!Will NEVER use this company again, will have to write off the loss and put down to experience as completely bored now, which is probably their aim, grind you down then you give up!Cloud9 merchant on Wowcher.Horrendous, don’t buy a thing from them, absolute rubbish.
