Steer clear of this company what an absolute joke of a company.Firstly you order something and you get sent a totally different item so you complain to wowcher who basically tell you to sort it out yourself with the manufacturer even though you ordered it from them then you get mucked by the manufacturer for a couple of weeks to be told you can't have that item they will refund you in 2 to 3 days 3 days go by and the manufacturer say it's down to wowcher to sort out the refund so you get back to wowcher and a couple of days later they get back to you and say the manufacturer has to sort it out.You go round and round in circles and 3 weeks later you still haven't got your refund.Is this company dodgy or just incompetent and don't care about their customers or their reputation??I don't know the answer to that but all I do know is that I haven't got my order and I still haven't got my refund. When the manufacturer messed up my order I was assured by wowcher that as I was a VIP customer it would be dealt promptly...absolute joke absolutely furious
I purchased a phone through wowcher from one of the sellers.they use should have been received on or 17th November now is the 20th when log on says to contact seller which only is via email seller was zonky shop.com . Upon reading reviews from other people from this seller they have ordered phones and received nothing so wowcher why do you allow these scam sellers to keep advertising for a service customers dont get you are thieves as much as the sellers are not completing orders. Once you have redeemed seem you don't want to know it is your responsibility to ensure the sellers fulfill ordered items or return money. If was a seller through amazon eBay klarna they would help in either getting the item or getting a refund from the seller how can you run a service like this clearly the company mentioned have done this a lot and customers have complained yet you still allowing them to advertise you are also responsible for allowing them to continue i am out of pocket by 50 quid not a lot but it principal i thought wowcher was supposed to be a decent place to get good bargains but you are just thieves
I recently spent £90 on Wowcher for show tickets as a birthday gift for a friend. When purchasing, it clearly stated that all non-redeemed vouchers come with a 14-day no-quibble refund guarantee, and this was repeated again in the fine print. I was even offered an additional option to extend the refund period — obviously implying that refunds were possible within the timeframe.A day later, my friend changed her birthday weekend, so I tried to refund the vouchers well within the 14-day window. Shockingly, Wowcher had auto-redeemed the vouchers without my knowledge or consent, which immediately voided the advertised refund policy.When I contacted customer service, I was told the vouchers were “non-refundable because they were auto-redeemed,” and that this “sometimes appears in the fine print.” It absolutely does not. If Wowcher intended to redeem my vouchers automatically, I should never have been offered extended refund protection.I escalated the issue directly to the CEO, Roland Bryan, only to receive an automated response saying the vouchers were non-refundable, along with a link that again stated the 14-day no-quibble refund guarantee in both the main description and fine print — with no mention whatsoever of auto-redeeming vouchers.I feel completely mis-sold and misled. This experience does not align with fair trading standards, and Wowcher has lost my trust entirely. I will not be using Wowcher again and will be strongly advising others to avoid purchasing vouchers through them.
Ordered a 4xl jacket,smallest one possible sent.already said I want to return it and postage I paid refunded,and free returns label provided.Heard nothing.Emailed the seller about the issue who have not responded. Invoice states what size was ordered which greatly differs from at was received. The purchase date was an estimate.One received wouldn't fit a 12 year old.
