Customer service very bad

I bought an obd scanner from a customer return auction. the systems shows previous customer wrote to them to disconnect the client from system on that device,so I could log in to. Their answered to me :"Buy from us then we will help" but this is their company's product and I'm not asking for any guarantees, I'm just asking to change the customer on the system to the OBD scanner

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I purchased the A80 pro with free lifetime updates. Today, they have cancelled this and now require £250 a year to use the tool and update it. There are so many bugs in the software, without the constant updates the product fast becomes useless. Very untrustworthy company. Do not buy from this company.

Think twice about buying the A30M

Think twice about buying the A30M. It sounds great with free updates and extensive reset codes, but in reality it doesn't deliver much. I have a car sat outside suffering from a total loss of engine power and won't start. It should be showing up DTCs (diagnostic Trouble Codes) all over the place, but it doesn't appear to read any engine or fuel system data. Instead I have a report saying my Driver's Door Module, HVAC and Restraints module are fine etc. So I contacted support. XTOOL WON'T SUPPORT ANY PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON AMAZON, EBAY, ALI EXPRESS, even though they are approved resellers. They will only support their own products if bought on their website. Why let others sell your product if you won't support it? Really poor.

Terrible service

Terrible service, they'll take your money fast but you'll never receive it. Tried to contact them, through evey possible means but they are blanking me. It doesn't matter where you buy it from, xtool.com or UK they are thieves.. Still not received my xtool d7w. No refund nothing... DO NOT BUY ANY XTOOL PRODUCTS.. After service and customer service is no existent...

Purchased the A30M after contacting…

Purchased the A30M after contacting their sales/tech dept to ask if it could reset the TPMS & Oil service on my 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse and was assured that it would but after using it found that it wouldn’t do either, it’s not much better than a £30 code reader so be careful before you buy, I’ve been in touch with them and they said now that those functions are unsupported (WASTE OF MONEY)

Purchased an Xtool D9 Pro Diagnostic scanner

Purchased a D9 Pro. Arrived within two days. A great saving not only on the purchase price but no delivery fee's, VAT or import tax oh and not forgetting a couriers admin charge that the likes of DHL screw you on. The tool is good quality, quick to set up and the wireless facility is a great option. Have tried on a couple of older vehicles 2004 /2013 Vauxhall/ Citroen not really had much success. options seem limited for the older vehicles. But looking forward to trying some newer models see how it goes. It was a tough decision to make due to the amount of scammers and fake goods but in all fairness, service up til now has been exceptional.

Very bad support

Be careful by buying the tools. My tool have software problem and the only way is to pay a lot of money. never again with this company. if you search good tool look for other tools.

Fraudulent company. Stole/lost my item

I purchased a diagnostic device from them. It stopped working. I spoke to them and they told me to send it to China for repair, I sent it in January 2023. It’s now June 2023. They’ve stopped replying to my messages and when I track my item it was sitting in depot for several months and now it’s disappeared. They’re extremely unprofessional the fact that they read my messages and do not reply. I’ve lost £700+ and can’t do anything about it.
