Very bad service

Hello,5 days without wifi, we call everyday, they answered us We will call you in five minutes, they never call, second time they told in 10 minutes somebody come to you at home nobody come, third day they told we don’t speak English and when we call we put 8 for having someone who speaks English, another day they told don’t worry we wrote it in the system, we are three at home we go to the restaurant for working is it normal? And we pay the bill is it normal? We worked with hot spot and we received in all our mobile notifications that our applications have more data than usual. Who will pay ?Today I called he answered like usual we will call you later I don’t accept and I explained the problem, the guys told me it’s in the system and he closed .Until now no solution. Unfortunately We pay for this bad service .

I should have been very wary about doing any other business with this bunch of con artists in bulgaria yettel. My contract ended and did not play as signed for. So i took out a prepaid card which is heavily advertised at 30days despite contacting yettel and getting a cloudy answer my data was cut off at 11days on 2 occasions which is not advertised at point of sale. Goodbye to yet another bunch of con artists.

Horrible network

Horrible network, they were sold and resold three times, they charge obscene amounts per MB, they should be put in line, as they are defrauding the clients with excessive fees and someone should regulate and stop this scandalous behavior, my 80 year old father spent 5 days in Switzerland barely using his phone and they served him with 400 euro bill, unacceptable

Don’t even think of using their service, they will sell you even a new plan without saying anything when they put a thousand papers to sign and you will find this out later in your bill, when, unfortunately, you are stupid enough to buy a smartphone there, without doing your own research, when you already have a plan with them. The sold me a Huawei smartphone, completely worthless with Google products - so i felt so cheated and unhappyHorrible experience … Never ever againHorrible experience … Never ever again!
