Do not use this company, before I start I have received a full refund which I am grateful for and I can't fault the customer service but I feel I need to warn people so the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else.
I paid just short of £4000 for a summer house last year, it looked amazing, however it was put up in the summer months when we had a drought, by autumn it was clearly letting in water, through the side walls ( which wasn't rising from the floor ) and the roof was letting in water, there were also gaps appearing where it had expanded, I also noticed when the sun shone on to the back of the summerhouse it was transparent, you could actually see the light shing through the wood!! it was such bad quality. Every time it rained water with flow off the veranda and straight through into the summerhouse floor.
I would also like to mention the whole of the summerhouse was treated with the recommended wood treatment on the same day it was installed, 4 coats in total put on over a week.
The couple of guys that fitted it never stopped moaning and left all their rubbish behind.
P.E. N. T. Shed from TimcladI recently bought a pent shed from this company . I researched into sheds as I had never bought one before and hoped I had made the right choice using Timclad. Well I am pleased to say I had. I had heard so many stories of people not supplying the correct base that I paid for a concrete base to be laid. My shed was delivered by two smashing guys who also did the installation. It came in kit form and was fitted together easily and seamlessly. I actually have used yacht varnish on the exterior to seal the wood against the harsh winters. Very very pleased with the service throughout. Summerhouse/shed arrived as per date given. Erected but on completion found it not to be level. Called and sent over pictures. Customer service arranged for different installers to come out that same week. The building had to be taken apart and re-erected. Now happy with outcome.Thanks for the excellent customer service and a great job done by the second team.If the build was correct at the initial installation it would have been 5*.

Terrible company, they took my money then recived the worst customer service possible. This shed was poorly made from cheap wood which started to rot within weeks of purchase. The whole shed started to leak and start going mouldy. Currently taking court procedings to recover my investment.
