Review Time
I tried to make a negative review for Bloomsbury Manor which uses Yotpo reviews on Bloomsbury Manor websites in Yotpo. However, I can only make a review by the seller's invitation link by email. So, no one can leaves a negative review as the seller won't invite anyone who complained to them. How possibly this fair????
This company is an official Google partner, yet the Google Store Rating feature is only available on their Professional plan which costs a whopping $169 dollars a month. This is clearly a greedy move designed to funnel more customers into a higher tier out of necessity. If you are a small ecommerce store then Yotpo is not a viable option as you will not be able to increase your Google Store Rating via reviews using the free or starter plan, this means you will show less in organic search results than your competitors who have this feature activated because their store rating can grow higher than yours. Tried asking them to add this feature for me and I was politely told to take a hike. So its on to a new provider for me which sucks because I really liked the integration and features of Yotpo. Greed ruins all all these small SAAS companies as they grow and scale into recognised industry leaders.
Yotpo have censored my review of KRATOMBIRD. They represent KRATOMBIRD who hhave washed their hands with me and my missing Delivery worth £100+ and their customer service told me no worries we will chase it up... Now it's call them yourself. Poor customer service and daylight robbery at Christmas.
When my high school predominately white hat was received, there were what appeared to be dirty finger prints on the bill of the hat. After reported to the company, they requested photos. They were sent, and a few days later I had to ask what were they going to do about it. Eventually they said "…we didn’t get them. Can you text them?” So they were sent again. Since then no answer at all. Not we will replace it, go pound sand, nothing. So, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. They sent a greasy, dirty hat, and have ignored the matter. Not what you expect for a company selling hats for close to $30.
Their customer support is crap. The only responses you get are by bots. I asked a simple question - give me step by step instructions for my customers to redeem their points. I have customers coming onto my site who have earned points and do not know how to redeem them. I want to have step by step instructions on my website to explain this. It's a no brainer for a company to be able to provide that, and yet, I get nowhere with their garbage support
So go to submit a bad review on a product and get error message. Click on good review and it goes through. This site is a scam to stop bad reviews!Error when I clicked the product was bad.Oops!
