Missing order should have been delivered to…

My order should have been delivered to the inpost locker at Halfway but it never arrived. The place where it has been delivered I have no idea where it is. I have messaged yodel twice and they are still trying to locate the parcel. This is not acceptable. When you place an order you expect this to arrive when and where stated.
