Items arrived on time, sizing poor & returns problematic

Items arrived as expected but were far too big and due to my circumstances the returns options listed were no good, also the chat bot was unavailable, so I phoned and spoke to an advisor who after a few false starts was able to give me a workable option but the email she promised confirming the specific details never arrived and I'm still waiting for an email from Yodel about collection (due later today)
