Hi.1 purple top was not in good condition.It was tear.one more thing evri do not proper delivery.They left my parcel somewhere but in deliver my place.They send me only photo where they put my parcel but when i go there there were no parcel.It was my luck that i found it.
My 1st ordered Christmas top arrived and all the neck line was unfinished. Paid £18.98, incl. offer. received £14 back, I paid to return it. I ordered 2nd top the same style and that had the same fault, I emailed Yours they apologised and granted me free return postage, but when I came to activate the free postage it did not work. I am waiting on there response. So disappointed. Ordering and delivery very good.
Didn't receive items ordered. Unable to speak to anyone who can help. Asked for a refund told that I need to start a refund online. Joined chat and email got same response even though I had an email stating that yodel were returning package to yours clothing and did I want a refund.Joined chat at 9am and still told very busy. Sat on phone to customer services still waiting for an agent to be available.This is the second time this has happened. Losing faith with the whole process.
