Make it difficult to return goods

Had problems generating a returns code and had to email customer services twice. Such a waste of time considering that you also have to pay £1.99 per return. I won’t be ordering from them for a whole and will block their heavy advertising emails and text.

The pants are made of nice material

The pants are made of nice material, they are briefs, but they don't cover your private areas up enough, I don't want to show anything off, so therefore, I will have buy marks & Spencer briefs as these really cover a lady up.
