Extremely poor customer support

The customer service I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a coat that I've had for just two weeks, and the glue on the pockets has already come off. I spent two hours on their live chat without any response, and when I emailed them with pictures, I was told I needed to return the jacket for a replacement. I explained that I didn't have another jacket and couldn't send it back since it's cold outside. Their reply was simply that I would be cold this season, which I found very unprofessional. They promised to send a new jacket with next-day delivery and told me to wait for the tracking information. However, when I woke up expecting a tracking number, I was informed that my order was canceled due to low stock and that I would be refunded, which could take up to 10 days. I was also advised to have the coat repaired. I will not be using this service again due to their lack of professionalism.

I have yet to receive my parcel and have been contacting the chat service daily without any resolution. They make commitments they fail to keep. I was told a replacement would be sent, but I never received confirmation or the item—it was never processed. Days later, they said the replacement would be sent next-day, but then stated it would take 2–4 days. Their website claims guaranteed next-day delivery for Christmas if ordered by the 23rd, which feels misleading. I was told I would receive a refund within 5–10 working days, but they have not provided proof. Given their ongoing broken promises, I seriously doubt I will see either my money or my item. This feels like a total scam.

Today things are much better with...

Today things are much better with the company. They apologized for not sending the correct information! They received my parcel in the warehouse. So I will be getting my refund within 10 working days. This is the outcome I wanted, and hopefully, it will arrive before Christmas, though I think it will be after. I'm glad they looked into it and realized the parcel was in the warehouse. £75 should hopefully be back in my account soon.

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. They refused to exchange a coat for a different size, so I returned it and reordered as instructed. Three weeks later, still no refund, and now they say they will exchange and have shipped the next size up, which I no longer need. Avoid this company.

Delivery lost

Coat ordered in November was supposed to be delivered by December 5th at the latest, but there's been no movement, no scans, no updates. It should be declared missing by the carrier, but they seem unconcerned—looks like it's lost in transit. Now it's the 16th with no updates and no responses regarding a refund. Raised the issue with the payment platform.

Great winter coat!

I got a coat last year for my partner and was envious of how warm he was, so I bought one for myself this year. It's the warmest winter coat I've ever owned.

Disappointed with jacket quality

I paid £90 for my son's jacket. Two weeks later, the stitching came undone at the seams, leaving holes in the coat. I'm really unhappy with the quality given the price.

Terrible customer service!

A jacket purchased for £130 was marked as 'delivered' by the courier, but the parcel was nowhere to be found. The cameras didn’t capture the delivery. Customer service insists that the tracking number is sufficient proof of delivery, relying on outdated Google Maps data. Communication is only possible through social media, and after providing evidence, they started ignoring my messages. Fortunately, I paid through a payment service, so I managed to get my money back after some difficult discussions. Extremely poor customer service—I do not recommend them.
