I ordered a jacket and had to return it because it was too big. They wouldn't allow a free return, and being in Ireland, it would cost nearly €50—half the price of the jacket. Contacting them via email was difficult, and I spent an hour on chat only to receive one-word responses. After an hour, they claimed there was nothing they could do for me since I lived in Ireland. This is extremely poor service, and I won't shop with them again. I should have read the reviews.
I ordered two jackets. The courier left the items on my doorstep, easily accessible, and a passerby took them. The company claims the items were 'delivered' and refuses to issue a refund. I'm now over £125 out, with no jackets and no money. They refuse a refund. I am pursuing legal action today. Shocking company to deal with.
Terrible customer service. They acknowledged that the parcel was left on my doorstep in an insecure location—something I never authorized—but they're refusing a refund because it was stolen unless I provide CCTV footage? This is completely unreasonable for a retailer.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a jacket from this company and the first one arrived faulty. I requested a replacement, and unbelievably, the replacement came mouldy, which actually put my health at risk. I asked for a refund, which I eventually received, and they sent me another jacket to “make up” for the bad experience — but that one was faulty as well.Three jackets, three issues. Completely unacceptable.To make things worse, when I raised all of this on live chat, the staff member completely stopped responding to my claim and closed the chat without resolving anything.This company has zero quality control and even worse customer service. I will never order from them again
Brought a coat from this company item got lost on the way and took month to get it then when I did it had a hole in sleeve hidden underneath near a button on coat when informing them they said ok please send item back to us to investigate the item and your get refunded or replacement as which ever you want so I was thinking ok problem solve then weeks later after no information updates and lots of calls were staff didn't know we're the return was but said it was with them 3 and half weeks went by and this the reply from :- Thank you for getting in touch, and we appreciate you correctly raising a merchant dispute regarding your affected purchase.I had a look at your account and I can see that we have received an update from the merchant.Based on the latest update from the merchant, they have mentioned that there is no no manufacturing fault found. Also they stated that based on their investigations the team have deemedthe coat is not faulty, and the item is being returned back to you.They took no responsibility for the damage item and didn't care bare in mind it was down to them and delivery company who also didn't want to take responsibility for damages both blamed each other
Do not buy from Zavetti. First coat developed a fault after about couple of months (seam catastrophically split open). They very quickly shipped a replacement, however the new coat developed the same fault. This time they promised a refund within 10 days, but still no sign after 20 days, despite acknowledging that the coat had been received and the refund was on the way.
I ordered two items , when i received my parcel , was cut and put Sellotape back and one of my jacket missing spoke with the customer service and they said to contact my bank The worse customer service , with pictures when you can see that i receive one item and the bag damaged THEY DON'T CARE Is no point to have them .Thank you for nothing .
