The service works really fine, to find a parking, make the reservation, payment, access to the garage using the smartphone, etc. The cost is very cheap comparing to regular or street parking in France.Just one observation, the sign for pedestrian entrance in the parking at the Rue de Courcelles in Reims is not well visible, but since it is easy to use the main gate it is not an issue in my opinion.
