Great service overall ! Lots of car parks and quite cheap. I booked last minute to drop my vehicle by a station for my week of vacation! :)

Very good organisation of booking

Very good organisation of booking, arrival and departure indications. A small issue.. I have been "past-charged" 3 € for an early arrival of 15mns (it was a multiday stay) , while I left 2 hours before booked time... (no credit there!) and the rate for booking would have been the same if I had booked for a much earlier arrival (day rate) ..Despite the small amount , it is not very commercial!

Zenpark Lille, no space available, car intentionally damaged

Booked a parking in Lille. All Zenpark parking places were full so I had to put my car in an alternative parking place where it was intentionally damaged and scratched overnight. Making a reservation I would expect that there is actually parking space available.Reply 22 jan 2020: Zenpark, i have contacted your customer service by email months ago. You dont respond!

Found the parking place in Paris was…

Found the parking place in Paris but was not obvious. Asked someone to please read the email to see how to get in as maybe my google translation was not translating it correctly. You must use the app to open the door this was not obvious to the Parisian who read the email. Finally I happened to check to see if they had an app and downloaded it. Was not able to get in but they kindly send me a refund. Thank you! It was not a busy so we were able to find street parking. Putting our parking license on the booking we had thought it auto reads as you pull up and doors will open.
