Don't leave your car at Gare de Lill Flandres - Tournai

Parking was disgraceful. First thing I saw driving in was a dumped Citroen Saxo with smashed windows. Young people smoking cannabis leaning against parked cars. Parts of vehicles leaning against the walls. I left right away because I felt it was extremely dangerous to be there, and I didn't want to risk leaving my car there. I have contacted Zenpark via the contact us page asking for a full refund - lets hope they do this!

The idea of Zenpark is actually really good but my experience was unfortunately bad. I booked a parking but couldn't get out of it since the code didn't work. I had to stay outside of the parking for 30 minutes looking for help (and trust me you don't want to be outside alone in Saint Ouen at night) and finally found a nice security guy who opened the parking for me.And the bad experience went on since the after stales service proposed me 5€ voucher for a next booking whereas I would have expected to rather get my 11€ back..So well, good idea but terrible service (not to mention that there is no hotline to call at night in case of issues like mine)Regards,NB: I am french but writing in English so that tourists could read and avoid booking such a bad experience

Parking : ZenPark Lyon - Villeurbanne - République - Studéa (13 rue Paul Cambon)

Watch out! The code to enter te garage on foot doesnt work. Plus the keypad next to the gate is a hole in tne wall. I used the app to open it, but didnt work right away. Stressfull! Terrible service. I paid, by climbing a bloody fence I got out 20 minutes before time (I was at the parking stressing my ass off for not getting in for 40 minutes!) on the last day of the reservation and now they charge 20 euro’s for an extra hour of parking? How?! By that time I was allready on the highway. Part from that, I ripped my t-shirt because the gatecode was not working as I climbed the fence there. It was a shirt I just bought!! Thank god there was a man who lived in one of the apartments that helped me through 2 more doors. Terrible garage, no intendant and no service. Never again! Never!

Update:The day after I posted this review, Zenpark refunded in full the charges I paid for the parking space. Although I still cannot recommend using Zenpark to park in this particular garage, I appreciate that they refunded the charges.Summary: Zenpark failed in every aspect of this experience. The remote device that Zenpark provided for car access didn't work. The instructions Zenpark provided to obtain a working remote access device were incorrect. The keys that Zenpark provided for pedestrian access didn't work. Zenpark failed to provide a parking space number in its parking directions.Details:We rented a space in this garage in Lyon for one month. When we arrived at the garage, the remote access device didn't work to open the car gates. There was no attendant at the garage or in the building Zenpark identified for pedestrian access. After searching the surrounding buildings, I found a welcome office where a staff member replaced the remote access device. The replacement device opened the first gate, so we know the batteries worked, but not the second gate. We were trapped between gates until another parker arrived and opened the interior gate.Zenpark's welcome email did not specify a parking space. Since the garage was mostly empty, we chose a space and parked the car. When we tried to exit the garage using the pedestrian access key Zenpark provided, it failed to open any of the doors. We had to climb a fence to exit the garage. When we attempted to return to the welcome office to inquire, it was closed.I emailed Zenpark to request a new remote access device and confirm the space we had parked in. They said that we needed to return to the garage and move the car two spaces over. Concerned that our car would be towed, we returned to the garage over the weekend and attempted to use the pedestrian key to enter. It didn't open the door to which we were directed in Zenpark's email, or any other door we tried. We returned to the car access gate and waited for another car to come, at which point we entered on foot and moved our car. We had to jump a pedestrian gate again to exit on foot.To obtain a new remote access device, Zenpark directed us to return to the welcome office. Upon returning, the person in the office explained very nicely that they don't normally keep spare transmitters in the office because the owners keep their own transmitters. She asked for my email and said I would need to return again to the welcome office, during their weekday opening hours, to obtain a new transmitter. It's possible that Zenpark provides better service at other garages, however, I don't recommend taking a chance on them when other companies are available. My experience using Zenpark for this garage was abysmal.
