Just purchased a big bundle and the company only send me 2 creams in the bundle instead of the other cream and the MAIN DEVICE. Delivery person didnt deliver to the flat and preferred to leave it on concierge!!Awaiting for customer service to reply back and send me the actual device and the rest of the creams. After paying this much money I was expecting a quick and tracked delivery, with ACTUAL DEVICE!!! Such a disappointment, no customer service and expecting me to wait for a week to get any response!!!
My opinion is consistency, persistence and positivity always pay in full.I like this device because I trust micro currents. Would suggest don’t expect the result after the first treatment. Your result of course depends on your age and skin condition. If you do it regularly and follow the instructions in a while you like your younger face. Customer service in my case was very helpful and fast resolved some problem. So, take care of yourself and ZIIP definitely will help
As and esthetician I am embarassed to have bought this. I had hoped it would deliver some results. also horrible customer service. I wanted to return it after not being satisfied and was denied. just wasted $350 . I feel like I have been scammed.
I have to agree with others and their experience with customer service. I have found it very difficult, frustrating and time consuming to get a straight answer to any problems you may have. My issue is a faulty device ( it’s not vibrating ) the only way there seems to be for contacting them is by email so you send an email one day and they normally reply 24 hours later, which is fine if they would read the email you sent and answer your concerns, but instead they send a unrelated reply back which seems like a generic cut and paste reply. You then send another email and they answer in another 24 hours with another unrelated answer to your problem and so forth and so on. I have now been able to submit a form for a replacement, I thought if it’s a faulty device you could return it and they would send out a new one, but they have refused my return request because I did not upload a video of me using it ( I’m not really happy about having to send a video of myself) I would prefer to send the faulty device back and they can test it themselves. So I will now wait another few days to see what the outcome will be.
