Tried 4 times to report illness and…

** update: Zopa message below states they’ve now messaged me - no surprise they haven’t !Tried 4 times to report illness and financial difficulty - just being ignored. Reminded them of legal regulatory rules in dealing with certain illnesses - ignored. Emailed twice to their documents@ email with supporting docs - ignored. Told live chat rep I need to email as have trouble on live chat ( due to illness) but just ignored me and refused to give me a proper email address relative to my illness. Also kept pushing for actual sub-category of illness even though they knew I was struggling.Meanwhile interest keeps going up!!!Will now let them get on with it until I have chance to hand all recorded attempts to give them full details despite their refusal to engage.
