Easy to use App. Similar to Chase. Best interest rates available for savings. Also interest on current account so better than Chase. Only thing missing is cash back on purchases but that's not a problem. I think as at end of October 2025 it's the best account available in the UK
This is a mixed review as Zopa do offer some great products, however their app is seriously flawed. I've been using Zopa on and off for a while so as a result I have a few old savings accounts that still show in my app as "Closed". It would be helpful if these accounts could be removed but apparently they can't.However, what I find even more frustrating is that old linked external accounts can't be removed either. The is a menu option within the profile called simply "Linked accounts". This implies that by entering that option linked accounts can be edited but it seems not. In my case tapping on this option wants me to check my credit rating which is very odd and has nothing at all to do with linked accounts. I contacted Zopa by chat but sadly they were of very little help and didn't (or couldn't) explain why the menu item had nothing whatsoever to do with it's title.
