I tried to raise a s75 dispute which was met with an offensive email followed by a request for information/documentation to evidence the fault which I was only given 5 working days to send back before receiving an abrupt sudden email stating that my case had been closed. No warning email was sent prior to give me an opportunity of reply to let them know I was undergoing a surgical procedure during that week. I have been absolutely appauled with their very levels of poor customer care & support (non-existant) which I have never experienced in the past with any other debit or credit card disputes teams.
So easy to apply for a loan. Hassle free and recorded my loan within the hour. Many options available to choose a repayment date to suit your personal circumstances. Great APR rates depending on your credit score. Easy to use app. Highly recommend.
Overall, I’m happy with ZOPA. The App took a little while to get used to, but the information contained within it is brilliant. They dealt with my car loan very efficiently, both at outset and when I repaid it in full. The saving hubs are very nice - you can split them into various categories if desired. Moving money around is also very easy and pain-free!
