Generally great. New current account really needs over draft facility. Having my credit card statement bounce simply because I forgot to move money from savings account is a stress I don't need in this day and age!

I have had a couple of loans off Zopa they are competitive and make a decision quickly. Their app is great to use and I can’t fault them in anyway. Great company to work with.

Terribly slow customer service

I simply waited an eternity to get a response, even when I asked a question. I also emailed you the same question and waited days for a reply. I wish I had never taken a zopa card out. I am now just going to make payments then close the account. I 100% do not recommend a Zopa card to anyone. Customer service is the worst
