The customer service reps actually lie to you… been waiting 5 weeks now for the refund I was told would be processed 5 weeks ago. I was accused of lying until they read the chat. They actually have no clue. Stay away from this company… when you hear it’s been processed and will arrive in 10 days. Don’t believe them.I was also racially attacked due to being white for no reason. This is UK and we are being attacked like a minority by companies like this
Amazing service I am using Zopa loan for the second time. I got my first loan one year ago and now it’s almost finished. I applied for another loan that got accepted with minutes and I already got money in my account. So easy to get a loan. I will definitely recommend it.
Great credit card ! Easy application and good level first spend for a credit card , easy app to navigate too. What made this any easy decision was application speed exceptance and ready to go and easy and clear to move around the app . Very happy with this card and it’s been a few months in and all very well for a credit card . I would recommend to just give it a try !
Zopa is so easy to deal with. Quickly approved another car loan at a great rate and funds were paid into my account within minutes from approval (3rd loan I have has with Zopa). Sadly this time I could not proceed with the purchase and cancelled the loan. They made that simple and easy too.
NO STARS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE.After my experience in May this year with fraudulent transactions by Domino’s Pizza on my credit card account which was treated as a matter of fact episode by Zopa I received a replacement card and promptly locked it having totally paid off my balance in disgust with the service and the .39p good will gesture.On Friday the 15th August I logged into my card account and was dismayed to find a declined transaction for PetMeds, when I used the very poor chat facility I was basically told never mind the payment had been blocked, when I delved further into the fact that I have never used my replacement card since it’s receipt and had promptly locked it I was eventually told that this was an attempt against the cancelled card and that it was an attempt by a company I had previously used to take money.I explained that I have never used my old card for any purchases from PetMeds and why if this card no longer exists is the attempted fraud showing against my new card?It would seem tha Zopa have extremely low/ poor fraud detection in place, and thank goodness I have my card locked or most likely they would have paid this request even though it was against a cancelled card.
Zopa loans have been really useful, bring down my debt. The App makes everything easy. Great to have all my bank accounts and debts shown in one place plus analysis of my spending. It’s helping me finally take control of my finances!
