Common sense banking

I have had a credit card for about 2 years with Zopa and recently opened a current account with them. They are easy to get hold of when you have queries. I like the fact they pay interest on the current account and give you cash back on you direct debits.

Quick and efficient process

Well designed website was easy to use and the application process was easy to complete as long as you have all the relevant information to hand. Once loan was approved the funds were transferred very quickly to my account and the interest rate offered was the best available to me. Very happy with all aspects of the process.
