With waiting times of over 3 months you should really stop offering this buying service. The whole point of selling to resellers like you is that it’s supposed to be fast. On top of this you cannot even have your item returned to you but rather wait for the whole time to be evaluated.A complete parody of rebuy or wirkaufens.P.S I am not artificially inflating anything, package was sent mid May and your CS said that earliest they can process is end July. so 3 months with 1 week give or take, like it even matters at that point
I sold my Surface Pro X via Zoxs but am very disappointed with the double standards. I checked the requirements/categories beforehand and classified my device accordingly (very good). The Sale website states for the condition "very good": "Etwaige Kratzer sind nur gegen das Licht gehalten erkennbar". My device was downgraded to good because: "Auf dem Display befinden sich leider leichte Kratzer/Gebrauchsspuren, die man besonders gegen das Licht gehalten sieht.".IMO these are double standards. I still sold the device because the price was fine, therefore 2 stars. But the amounts they offer will probably never be accurate (except for new devices) because they trick when categorizing.I have had way better experiences with other companies
Please, read the comments. Most of them will be like mine. The 22nd of July 2022, I bought an Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition that was “As good as new”, which serial number was L7AIKN06C663WPD. It arrived in excellent condition at my home, in France.I received it but did not yet use all the functions of the phone, and later found out the phone could not take night pictures and could not play games like Genshin Impact, which is, for a gaming phone, unimaginable… There were problems with the system of the phone.So I contact their customer service and they told me to send my phone to them for a reparation under guarantee (my phone was still under Asus guarantee). I packed my phone with the paper indicating which were the problems, and another one with my address, and sent it to them the 28th of October. The packet was wrapped with a lot of duct tape and the phone was secured in a pink bubble wrap. I preferred not to send it in its box (strangely, I felt like something would go wrong).They received the packet the 3rd of November but then sent me an email only the next day telling me the packet was empty. Attached to their email were 4 pictures of my packet with the punk bubble wrap and the note with my address inside. They told me I had to made a complaint against DPD, which I did on the spot. Here comes the nightmare:DPD told me they would send someone to retrieve the packet and they were sorry it arrived empty. I had no time to care for the empty packet so I let their answer aside, considering they acknowledged my complaint. They did not tell me they were not responsible. Then I contacted the police and filled a complaint for a stolen cell phone, so that my phone would be, at least, blocked in France. I even contacted Asus directly, so if my phone ever come into their hands, they will know it’s mine and that it had been stolen.Finally, I contacted the French postal service and told them the problem. They opened a complaint for me which should have been resolved in less than 40 days.TWO MONTHS later, the French postal services told me they could not refund me for the loss of my cell phone since the company which delivered my phone, DHL, had not received a complaint. I contacted Zoxs to ask them to try do something on their end about it but they never did anything and told me I had to tell them to inform the delivery service of the problem. As if it is normal to receive an empty packet...After lots of mails with them, they told me it was outragous I blamed them, since I did not answer their email telling me my packet arrived empty. I mean, I never saw why I had to answer their email which did not seem like it needed an answer since it said:"Ihre Rücksendung ist leider ohne Inhalt bei uns angekommen.Gerne können Sie bei DPD eine Schadensmeldung veranlassen und das Paket bei uns abholen lassen.Entsprechende Fotos finden Sie anbei.Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung."->"Please send a damage report to DPD so that they can come retrieve the packet."It's not the empty packet I needed but my phone so why did they want to send it back to me? I had no 'weitere Fragen', since they told me what to do in their mail... Concerning DHL, they never answered my mails concerning this problem and Zoxs kept telling me it was DPD, while DPD told me it was not them.So, don’t buy their products and never use their customer services.And, if you bought my stolen phone, I’m sorry for you, since it's considered concealment...
I wanted to sell my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Graphite, as she preferred to have the iPhone 12 mini, so I searched for online sellers who buy used phones and found ZOXS. My first impression was positive and I liked the fast procedure, which also worked smoothly. The advertised sum in a like-new condition should be just under 720 euros. So I checked the phone meticulously to make sure it would meet the requirements. There were no scratches or dents to be found because there was always a protective film on the display and the phone was never used without a cover. So I packed the iPhone in its original packaging and sent it to ZOXS, after testing it with the app. A few days later we received the result and we were shown 2 photos with scratches on the screen and due to this, the price was also corrected downwards by about 200 euros. These scratches were very obvious and I should have seen them during the inspection, so these scratches were not present at the time of packing. Other reviewers have accused ZOXS of causing damage to their devices, but I refrain from accusing anyone of anything for the simple reason that I have no proof. However, it seems questionable to me, so everyone has to check for themselves if they want to trust ZOXS or not. MY wife and I have used ZOXS for the first and last time.We accepted the offer anyway because we simply did not want to wait for the return and then find another provider. I have evidence of the photos from ZOXS where they said the screen has scratched and another photo of the iphone before we sent it to ZOXS. Unfortunately, I can't upload them in this review.
