Review Time
In the past I've sold new items without any issue.Had some used phones that I sold to zoxs.Filled the form according to the information shown, unoriginal charger and cable and said no to the question regarding charger and cable present.I still send the unoriginal cable and charger in the box and after inspect I received a new offer from zoxs.This new offer is almost 100€ less due to zoxs finding the charger and cable okey regardless what the form said about unoriginal cable and chargers!They refused to honor the original offer...For a company around used tech it is surprisingly bad how they handled this situation!
sent them my iphone in mid November, at a valuation of 596€. It has taken them 6 weeks to check the phone and make a different, much lower offer of 508€, a month and a freaking half without any information, update or touchpoint! They attached some pictures where to justify the price drop based on some scratches that i cannot see on the pictures. I might even go as far as understanding that the condition of the phone is subjective, but you cannot make somebody wait 6 weeks for that.Considering their turn around times, you feel somehow forced to accept the new offer as it might take another eternity for your item to be returned to you, possibly at your own expense. In addition having to pay 20€ for your own shipping is not fair. Considering the amount of platforms that offer this type of service, i would suggest staying away from Zoxs.
I ordered a phone which was sent quickly but it never arrived to me. I didn't receive any package and yet the courier showed it was delivered to me. I have contacted buyZOXS several times and sent emails repeatedly but I have received no response. I am opening a legal issue now to resolve this issue. In summary, very disappointed by the customer service and their treatment. Update :6th January 2025 Even after contacting Zoxs about it, they have not offered any solution and nothing has been done. They have forwarded a generic email as a reply and I have sent several emails. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating. Update 7th Feb 2025Even after doing all the investigation and work, ZOXS has completely stopped replying to the messages. The matter is still unresolved and open.
Don’t buy items of this seller. I bought a smartphone with Zoxs on Amazon and I had directly an issue with it. I send it 3 Times to repair but after 2 weeks the issue appear again. Now the warranty ends ( 3 months warranty! ) and I waste 700 eur !! Answer : I send you 3 Times to and each time to answer that you fixed the issue. Since the last Time I bought a New phone because I can do nothing with you awful smartphone. So I really lost my 700 eur. So please don’t bought a phone to this seller !!!!
Ich bin seit einer Ewigkeit bei Zoxs Kundin. Ich muss sagen, auch wenn es ein kleineres Unternehmen ist, haben sie meinen Respekt verdient. Ich hatte ein riesen Problem mit einer mir zu in 2 Paketen, Bestellung. Trotz meiner wiederholten Emails und anrufen. Behielt der Mitarbeiter sein Cool. Es hatt zwar lang gedauert jedoch haben sie sich darum gekümmert. Ich vermisse nur ein kleines Stückchen aber bin mir sicher dass auch dass mir zugestellt wird. Die wichtigsten Komponenten meiner Bestellung habe ich bekommen. Es war nicht deren Schuld sondern die Schuld unserer beliebten Post. Typisch.All I can say is that I've been a longtime customer of the company Zoxs. I've had a problem with my order and they tried to fix it. Which they did. Even though they are a small company, they're trying to do their best to find out what happened. You just need to be patient, cause they ain't got that many employees. They found my missing item, which was not their fault but the post-office fault. Typical. What can you expect of DHL. Thanks to David for doing his best.
I have three questions:1. Why am I being ignored?2. What will happen to my money that I transferred to your IBAN account to return the partical goods?3. Why has the goods not been sent yet or what will happen to the supposedly blocked Apple Watch you do not want to send back and pay the money tooproblem order
They wish to keep my items for FREE !!!!!!! NEARLY 15K EUROS AMOUNT !!!!! UPDATE: Zoxs GmbH has flagged this review so that they’ve asked TrustPilot to have my review removed, thus, you’ll see the ** everywhere…. well played, Zoxs !!!!!! Instead of resolving the case, you are trying to hide from the public what you’ve done to me !!!!!! ZOXS does not respond to me whatsoever - not even their manager, Mr. Thorsten Gebhardt, is interested in resolving this case !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Namely this person, Mr. Thorsten Gebhardt, has previously offered me the possibility to collect my package from his warehouse in-person, so, in Wesel city, AT MY OWN EXPENSE AND LIABILITY - which location is 1,600, km away from me. This offer of ZOXS happened on 15/10/2024. I've replied to this offer a YES via E-Mail - considering that it is a huge amount in question, and I do not care about the costs of the travel BECAUSE I WANT MY ITEMS BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But ZOXS does not respond to me whatsoever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care and do not intend to return my items to me !!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, as per our agreement, my representative will attempt to collect my package from your warehouse in Wesel city on the 23/10/2024 date at 10:00 AM time - and this review will be updated accordingly to the outcome of this entrusted collection. ZOXS, I hope you understand that, in the case of my Auftrag # 1409900 , you have violated the AGB on two (2) different occasions, and as a result of the lack of your action, may also carry a criminal liability, that is in-respect of: Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) § 246 *** (1)-(4). Look the law up fellas as I am not allowed to post the name of the law by TrustPilot! - which is the German word for ***.. this is *** The first violation of the AGB was committed against Article 4, in-respect of § 3 Ankaufsangebot und Vertragsschluss - as the maximum amount of time available for the processing of my Auftrag was set to be maximized at 24-hours, since they are all brand new items. This deadline was met a very long time ago i.e. ELEVEN (11)-days ago, on the 10/10/2024 date specifically !! Despite this, you still haven't initiated payment for the Auftrag, nor you are willing to return my items to me. You are even refusing to answer to any of my e-Mails whatsoever - which is pure insanity ! - and on top of this, your phone line has been OFF the entire week. Since you've disappeared without payment, I've previously requested you on numerous occassions to return my items to me in-accordance with section 3 of the §7 Rücksendung of the AGB - which request you are obliged to fulfill because the items are solely my property, they do not belong to you WITHOUT having paid for them. Do you understand this ??????? My items were not a gift for you !!!!!!!!! Despite the fact that it is you who doesn’t stick to the AGB by not fulfilling any of your obligations arising from it, I've still accepted Mr. Thorsten Gebhardt's offer, and have decided to go with his option b.) - which was that, the parcel is to be collected from his warehouse in-person only, at my own cost & liability, in Wesel city. Therefore, as per this agreement, even without your answer to any of my messages, my representative will still go to your warehouse in Wesel city - and he will attempt to collect my package from you, on my behalf, under my own liability and expense, at the aforementione date & time. In-accordance with the section 3 of the §7 Rücksendung of the AGB, I'll assume both the cost & and the risk of the transportation that is arising from the returning procedure of my items. I do a huge favour for you with this, and I hope that you'll change your mind regarding your intention of keeping my items for free !!!!!!! tl;dr: ZOXS refuses to pay for my items, they also refuse to return my items to me, and they also refuse to communicate with me. People, what do you call it if it's not a crime of ***, the type of *** ? For this amount of money, ~€15k, even for just the attempt of this *** you'll face a minimum of *** time, why is someone doing this if he allegedly runs a highly profitable business....? It makes no sense to me !!!!!!!! Look up the following: Article 3 of the (StGB) § 246 **** : (3) Der Versuch ist strafbar. - it means that, you are to be punished even just for the attempt of this ****. In case Zoxs doesn't give out my package to my representative under my own liability & expense on 23/10/2024 at 10:00 - they can expect a ***** report to be incoming for them in-respect of the (StGB) § 246 ***** (1)-(4) and for ONLINE Betr*** as well. ZOXS, you will not walk away with my €15k !!!!!!!!!!!! ****** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: Zoxs pays for its reviews, and their account is even flagged for that! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS !!!!!!
