I sold my device to Zoxs on March 28th under order number 1495141. As of today, May 6th, I still haven’t received the promised payment of €1100.The expected payment date on my account keeps getting postponed (currently showing May 5th), and this constant delay is unacceptable. This experience has led me to seriously question the reliability and trustworthiness of this platform.I am formally requesting a clear update and full payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, I will take legal action to resolve the matter.EDIT: I already PAID for the return; why is stil missing? How can I have my product back? Scam company, avoid. Originally offered 112 Euros for my PS4 Pro. After 17 days of 'checks' reduced the offer to 36 Euros with the claim that the rubber foot is missing (a lie, as I checked this myself before sending it). Charges to send the item back to you.
Very disappointing with my first sell.I sent an iPhone without any visible scratches or marks, and then they do an offer for less money arguing that the display has a small almost invisible scratch and the case too. I could accept the display one, even though the iPhone had since day 1 a screen protector I only took off when I sent it to them... But the body scratches are not true, it just seems it is a bit of dirt, but not scracthed, as it was always in a case very protected.There were no visible scratches at all in any place when I sent it... I should have taken pictures before sending it... Very disappointing.UPDATE: After accepting the new offer on Monday 28th April, today, 9th May, I still have NOT received the payment. I was told on the 5th that "soon" I would receive it. Sent another email, waiting now for their answer again.
I recently sold an Apple Watch through this company, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The quality check process took significantly longer than expected, leaving me waiting without clear updates. On top of that, the final price they offered was less than a third of what was initially quoted based on the device description. I understand there might be adjustments after inspection, but the drop felt excessive. Would advise others to proceed with caution and manage expectations.Update on my review: I was able to sell my watch for 3x the price ZOXS offered on another resell platform. Would never sell anything with them...
After paying money to send them my stuff, waiting for more than a month for news, they tell me that my new offer is 0 euros.They do not pick up the phone, and I am sure that I lost my things. But my lawyer will stop this, yes or yes.So now i have to pay 5 euros more to have Back a Controller which worked really fine?! How is it that ypu abswer here so fast but you do not answer E-Mails or phone calls? Why was the Controller good when i used it and now its suddenly broken? How come so many other people complaint about the same?
Totally miserable company. Angebot #1481318 they valued one item at 0 euros, deducted 4.95 euros postage from my total refund and never send me my Xiomi Mi Mix 2S back. I have called multiple times, nobody ever called back. I have mailed multiple times and only an automated response. I will never deal with the company again. Total avoid recommend. Mike Robertson
So bad! Because of a minor thing that wasnt even there, they gave me 500€ less. I accepted because I later saw how people didn’t get their belongings back. The payment hasnt gotten to my account. I am forced to see a lawyer asap. Dont give them anything. They are not trustworthy.
