Bought a Switch in "Very Good" condition. I was nervous about buying secondhand, especially not exactly knowing what to expect from "Good" or "Very Good" condition.Today it arrived (took 2 business days, there was a weekend in between) in mint condition. It has a bit of a scent, probably from their former owners, which is okay since it's more of a perfume scent than smoke or anything the like. Everything seems to be in great condition, no scratches, fully functional and slightly charged. I'll let it charge up fully now and test it out in a few hours, but while setting it up for my TV everything already went smoothly and fast.I am impressed, relieved and happy with my purchase for now and not so anxious to buy second hand from resellers again. Very dissapointed...Things were looking good as the phone arrived quickly and the testing process was underway (which is why I gave them at least 1 star). However, a new offer was sent explaining how their "tester" had found a micro scratch effectively reducing the overall worth of the phone. Nowhere in their webpage you can find anything regarding micro scratches. It is only mentioned how scratches should be visible when light is reflected upon them. You can't expect an average customer to have special tools to identify micro scratches in a phone. To add salt to the wound they don't provide ANY proof that your device is actually in a degraded condition and you have to pay for them to return your phone if you do not agree with their offer. If you are willing to heavily undersell your phone and accept whatever counteroffer they give you without any proof then go ahead. Otherwise save yourself getting scammedEdit: Now I have receives their payment and it turns out they didnt transfer the original preis they mentioned in theirf offer but 2.10 Euro less...it is not much, but WHY would they end up transfering even less. Changed my review to 1 star. AVOID at all costs!
Extremely slow. Devalued items because of phony reasons and then corrected the price to significantly less than what they advertise for the same condition on their webpage.I declined their offer and of three cell phones only two were sent back to me. One charger is also inexplicably missing. The returns were packaged in a careless manner with a battery placed directly against an unprotected screen.Never. Ever. Again.
Really disappointed with the Process. Firstly very few questions asked about the condition of the selling item and based on that high price is quoted. Upon checking for xyz reason a very low counter offer is made. The returning of items is very slow and charged 3,95€. So basically a very high expectation (in terms of Price) is created and in the end the return offer is very low and we end up bearing extra shipping costs. The return process is also extremely slow and takes more than a week.There was one order of mine where the accepted price of my item was different from the money that was transferred to my account.I have been trying to follow up regarding this for the past one week but there is no reply whatsoever. Customer support is extremely slow and do not answer at all. There is no way to track the tickets raised and hence one has to retype the complaint again unless you have saved the template. But anyway no use of sending reminder mails since they are also unanswered. I shall never recommend this site. Regards,Varun
I sent in an iPhone in very good condition. After about three weeks I got the message that the phone was checked and is only in a good condition. Therefore they would only be able to pay me about 40% of the price for a phone in very good condition.The most irritating thing was, that they offered me only about half the price they offer online for the phone in good condition. This proofs that the whole business model is a scam and the prices offered have nothing to do with the actual condition of the phone or with the prices advertised online.Don't sell or buy there!!
