Sent in my iPhone mini, gave an honest evaluation of my device and online estimate was around 200 Euros. Scratches on the body, yes. Battery: „if the battery is between 81 - 84 % we lower the price a bit“ After a the service department reviewed my phone, they adjusted the quote to 10,00 Euros. 190 Euro is not a small adjustment..I asked for adjustement of their offer cause a 190 Euros difference between the the initial offer and the adjusted one is just crazy. Didnt hear back from them over 3 weeks. In the meantime the 30 days period passed. I saw on my bank account that they transfered 10 Euros, so I proactively contacted them again only to hear that I "silently" accepted their offer by not declining. I stated I was waiting on an answer from their customer service and it took them ages to get back to me. When they finally did, they claimed that they send me one email with the info to transfer 6 Euros for shipping. When I answered that email customer service was suddenly able to get back to me within the day. Also because I assumed "a method" behind their behaviour of giving ridiculous offers, not answering to emails and then just keeping the phone cause it is in their terms and conditions. They claimed to have sent me 4 reminders to pay the shipping or otherwise they keep the phone - one email arrived - the others didn’t. When asked about the dates they sent me those „emails“ I didn’t receive an answer which also tells a story. When I asked to get my phone back cause obviously they had some difficulties answering to customer requests in time they just declined and said there is nothing they can offer me. Obviously I was waiting for an answer and I expected to get one in time so I can decide wether or not to take the offer. summed up. I have 10 Euros now, but my perfectly funtioning iPhone mini 13 is gone.
Buying from them is great, selling back was a nightmare.It took weeks, they sold me a laptop as "wie neu" with very small issues and when I sent it back with the same they graded the computer much lower.They used dust on the screen as a reason to lowball an offer.So dishonest, would never again try sell to them or frankly deal again.Re the staingate, it was easily cleaned off, and those small marks were there. Thankfully another vendor offered me a reasonable normal amount.
Took over a month to review what I sent. 70% of the stuff was discounted from what was promised (by half). They told me the condition of things was different from what it was. When I reluctantly agreed to the price suggested (this is all done via email and not any interface) the whole box got returned to me and I got 5% of my payment because they only took the items they wanted (even when I accepted the new evaluation for all items apart from the switch and 2DS) Modern day scam. Edit: When I received my items back it was packed so poorly that a controller joystick completly snapped, my Xbox series x box was damaged from items stabbing into it and the stand for my one S snapped off. Also when I try to contact them via support the app doesn’t allow me to contact them (hence why I must address my complaints here). They also just rejected all the items without contacting me after I told them i accept all of them apart from the Nintendo consoles
Total scam company - sold a WD HDD to me as "new" when it was not - only found out 18 months later when it failed and the manufacturer refused to servicer it that this company was not authorised to sell the product and they refused to replace it. Would not provide any support despite lying about the state of the product they sold.

I must firmly reject this claim and request a formal clarification of how such damage could have occurred.Here is the full timeline of the situation:- On 19 April 2025, I extended my contract with Vodafone Germany, and received a brand new Google Pixel 9 Pro 128GB Porcelain (IMEI: ****60167) on 23 April.- The device arrived in sealed retail packaging, with VOID stickers intact on both sides, and the original IMEI/serial number sticker still on the box. I did not open the box, as I intended to resell the phone.- On 12 May, I initiated a resale via your platform and selected the condition as "new" (Neugerät), which was fully accurate.- On 13 May, I shipped the device using your return label. It was received by you on 14 May.- On the same day, you conducted an initial assessment and claimed the phone was “not in its original packaging.” You attached two photos of the sealed box, which matched the photos I took before shipping. I sent you an email that same day explaining that this is a brand-new device from Vodafone and even attached the official invoice showing the IMEI number. I never received any reply.- On 21 May, I received a new message from you, stating the device was inspected and now shows signs of wear. I reject this entirely, as the box had never been opened before it was shipped to you.I rejected your lowered price offer and had to pay €4.95 for the return label.I also confirmed it with Google Support that the phone I've sent was, in fact, never opened, used, repaired, or refurbished.I attached every proof of my device being brand new, including the Rechnung from Vodafone, Chat with Google Support, and photos of the unopened packaging before I sent it to you.Please respond to my email as soon as possible to sort out this situation.
Terrible service.Sold an item on 03/28/2025 and up until 05/06/2025 no update on the sale of the item. I was contacted on 05/06 only following my request via email as the item evaluation deadline had been set for 05/07/2025. After waiting more than a month for the product evaluation, it was not considered compliant as it did not have a German layout keyboard (the item in question is a laptop).I paid for the shipping to their warehouse.Furthermore, now that they have refused the item, I will have to pay for the shipping costs to have the item returned to me.It was the first time I sold to Zoxs but I don't think I will ever trust them again seeing how they work.I don't think I've ever experienced such bad service.Incompetent and unprofessional.
