I bought a kidswatch (XPLORA X6 Play [Kinder-Smartwatch] schwarz), which does NOT indicate it's with an eSIM. So I tried to refund, it's super time-consuming and difficult! I first need to write a letter with the template and literally sign it. Then they replied the email and wanted me to send it by post, and not willing to pay the shipping. I always replied the question immediately, but they only reply me the next day, now it's already 6 days after the purchase which makes me suspect their intention of the slow path. I will definitely not buy things from here again, and choose those with easy return platforms like Amazon, just few clicks instead of such pain in the a*s!Feel free to verify my words, order # attached.updated on April 15, 2024: Though they claimed that the label was sent on April 12, but I never received it. I have tried calling their customer service twice today, it got hang up both time after over 20 mins waiting. It proves that this is totally a NO GO company, they don't go along with the Widerrufesrecht at all!
I bought a phone from them; they said they will fix it and instead of sending the phone I bought that had panzer protection on the display (paid 20 euros for it) they sent me a damaged phone with scratches, a fake charing non-original cable, a fake sim tray and an S pen that looks super used. According to EU law I have 2 options:1. I get the phone repaired2. I get a new phone if they canot repair it They sent me a broken one just for me to shut up - well guess what - this won't stop here until everyone knows how much of a liars and illegal company these guys are I did not believe that such a company is able to do business in Germany - had a good impression overall about german companies. Lastly, I contacted the EU customer rights In Denmark and confirmed with them the law and that ZOXS is playing with fire and acting against the regulations which can result in the infringement of the customer rights and soon to be paying customer damages for this unlawful behavior. This will be further on the Germany customer right table.
Sold a brandnew iPhone on 28.09. Item reached on October 2nd. And already got the money in my account. Compared to other websites, Zoxs is super fast and reliable. Fast payment and highest payout compared to their competitors. Would very gladly recommend to others.
Ordered an item from them. However, the item that arrived did not match what was in the original listing's picture or description. I fill out all the forms to send it back, but I have to pay the cost of return postage. I'm sorry, but it's not my fault that the original listing was falsely advertised and that I received an incompatible product. Therefore I shouldn't have to pay €5 postage from my own pockets to send it back. All I got was wasted time and money from this company. Steer clear or you will lose your time and money as well.Update: 09.10.23Despite a reply from the company, assuring me that they have refunded me the cost of shipping the item back, they have not. I had to pay myself to send the falsely advertised item back and did not receive any money for the cost of returning the parcel which I never would have bought in the first place if it had been correctly advertised. The price of returning the parcel was about 5€ and I have not received this from Zoxs.
They give you a high estimate online and will later on find defaults in your product that were not there beforehand. They would be willing to send you the product back, but then ask you to pay for the delivery and test. The amount of money you will end up paying is the difference that you would have gotten somewhere else, so you end up accepting their cheaper offer.That is how they get you. Just avoid this company all together and try to sell your stuff somewhere else. This place is a schemeUpdate to ZOXS response:The quality of my item was judged based on a "dust particle under the lense" which was found during the examination. This dust particle wasn't there when I sent the item. It is clear to me that this is not something I can prove. That is also my point. I would recommend everyone to avoid putting yourself in this situation where the people who are "inspecting" your product can claim whatever they want and if you don't agree you have to pay. Either way, just look at the overall trust rating of this place and make up your own mind.
