I'm really happy till now. I really like the idea of exchanging instead of buying and I bought a MacBook with the Tauschflat Tarif. It came better and more beautiful than expected. Unfortunately the charger was broken, but the customer service was really fast and answered me really quick. Within two weeks I had a new charger. I now want to sell something in the website.
I bought the animal crossing switch and received it but the download code is not included in it and I expected it to include a download code, since they didn’t say it wouldn’t be included. Very disappointed since I thought I could start playing upon receiving the switch.
Zoxs is a big scam!! Don't sell nothing to them ! They will try to scam you!So,i become a s21 ultra from my new contract and i don't need it.I decide to sell it,i found zoxs who give me 813 euro for my phone who is original packaged and is worth new 1299 €.Everything fine till they send me a mail with a new offer.They say my phone package need to be open because they think package weight is few grams less like the "normal" packages.But the problem is ,if they open the package they will pay me for my phone "like new" no more for "brand new".They are scam,is the second time when then make this,i call them and they ware so rude.i need to pay 5 € for retoure.My phone package was scratched and without protection back sended.I don't recomand this site to sell new phones.Scam scam scam !!!
DO NOT use Zoxs. I sold 3 games to them since they offered a higher price than others I used without problem in the past. However, they claimed that a disk was missing and did nothing about it. In the end they threatened me with a law suit when they lost the disk, worst costumer service I ever experienced. I will never use them again. I recommend you use another service even if, in theory, you would get more with them.
Likeliness of not getting any support at all, in case of technical defects of a product purchased as used, is very high. This company left us high and dry, claiming that 4 weeks after us purchasing a cellphone, a microscopic small crack, which we hadnt even noticed and which could well have been there from day one, likely caused The complete failure / stall of the phone! The companies position was we mishandled it. Sorry but completely Out of proportion. Money lost, bad luck, our problem! That was their reaction. That was our sad truth. And that will Likely be any customers fate who dare buys a used product with them. Be prepared to be let down.
I sent in an xbox one x for sale. I received a message back with a picture of the controller in a terrible state with lots of packaging material attached to it. I did not send the controller in this state. The controller had carefully been wrapped in bubble wrap, with tape only on the outside of the wrap, not on the controller itself. On the phone with ZOXS support, I was blamed for something that was very clearly not my fault. I was treated very rudely. I had to accept the offer because ZOXS had ruined my controller and I would've not been able to sell it anywhere else.
Zoxs took over 1 month to process my order and further depressed the price of the product, already valued well below market value, by claiming micro-scratches on their part. If you want a reliable deal, I advise against selling to them. Customer service is hard to reach and then unfriendly and not interested in a solution.
I sold two displays to ZOXS but I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service is wonderful and they were very sincere, friendly, and helpful. I was surprised to see bad ratings here but I had a great experience with ZOXS and I will definitely use them again.
